Carson and I decided to make Valentine's Day cookies Wednesday night while Daddy was at a dinner. We had a blast! Of course, the Pillsbury packaging was a little misleading with its claim of "Easy To Decorate!" cookies. I tried and tried to get the icing right in the letters of the cookies, but it didn't work. So, I ended up just putting the icing in a big blob in the center. They were still yummy! (as you can see from the first picture below) Ha!
